- • For Bands: Create profiles, showcase music, and find performance opportunities
- • For Venues: Create profiles, list events, and book bands for live performances
- • For Everyone: Discover and attend live music events in your area
- • Business Tools: Payment processing and management for band bookings
- • Communication: Messaging and coordination between bands and venues
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
3.3 Account Types
The Service supports the following account types:
- Performer Managers: Create and manage performer profiles, apply for gigs, manage members
- Musicians: View schedules, track payments, participate in performer activities
- Venue Managers: Create venue profiles, post events, book performers
- General Users: Browse events, performers, and venues
4. User Content and Conduct
4.1 Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you post, upload, or share through the Service. You represent that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of your content.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any law
- • Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, offensive, or otherwise objectionable
- • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation
- • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service
- • Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm other users
5. Bookings and Payments
5.1 Booking Process
The Service facilitates connections between bands and venues but does not guarantee any bookings. All agreements for performances are between the band and venue directly.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payment processing is handled through third-party services. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes between bands and venues regarding payments. All payment data is encrypted and securely processed by our certified payment partners.
5.3 Service Fees
We may charge service fees for certain premium features. Any fees will be clearly disclosed before you incur them.
